Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or social media within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization form.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package to our designated returns center in Metro Manila using your preferred local courier and provide us with the tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit refund within 3 to 5 business days.
